A thorough clean and polish completes the install. Then we review the works and take you through the operation of all items and appliances. Guarantee’s and extended warranties will be completed. And we finalize the sign-over to you, the happy customer. This will include a follow up snagging visit within a month or two, as many natural materials acclimatize in their new environments and need a small tweak once settled in.

As we gratefully obtain over half our work through referral and recommendation, our customers will gladly introduce us to friends and family that might be thinking of improvements to their homes. We don’t think it ethical to have large reward programs which are ultimately financed by the customer. But we can always use our trade and industry contacts to help find discounts and money saving opportunities on other products or services, as a way to say thank you.

Finally, we will with your permission take a few snapshots for our internal non-public records and our portfolio. However, if you are happy to share your enthusiasm with others, and don’t mind or quite like, the thought of inclusion to one of the glossy interiors magazines, then we will submit your entry for consideration. At the very least, we will have a celebratory photo of you and your designer together and our close working relationship, that we hope will last long into the future.
